1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 39gl platform through any means, including but not limited to our website at 39gl.cam, mobile browser interface, or any associated applications, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and consent to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the 39gl platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You represent that you are not subject to any legal disability, contractual restriction, or other circumstance that would prevent you from entering into or performing obligations under this agreement. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from creating accounts or using the 39gl platform: (a) persons included on any government watch list, sanctions list, or politically exposed persons (PEP) list; (b) employees, contractors, directors, or affiliates of 39gl or its business partners; (c) immediate family members of 39gl employees; (d) individuals who have previously been banned or excluded from the platform; (e) persons with a history of fraudulent activity in connection with online gaming; and (f) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded themselves from gaming activities.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on the 39gl platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration form. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred username and password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, complete, and current at all times. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any time thereafter constitutes fraud and is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the 39gl platform. Creating multiple accounts, operating accounts on behalf of others, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. 39gl employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including matching of personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and behavioral patterns. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, winnings, and bonus funds. 3.3 Account Security and Credential Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, security questions, and any other authentication information. You agree to immediately notify 39gl of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 39gl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify 39gl of a suspected security breach.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

39gl is required by law and regulatory policy to verify the identity of all account holders through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide government-issued identification documents (such as a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (such as utility bills or bank statements dated within the last three months), and additional documentation at 39gl's request. Verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter. Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by 39gl may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

Violation of this policy will result in rejection of the deposit, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Any such fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method operates in a currency other than PHP. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

The 39gl name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of 39gl. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 39gl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: download or copy content (except as necessary for normal browser caching), modify or create derivative works, distribute or publicly display content, reverse engineer any software, or use any content for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of 39gl intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in criminal or civil liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 39gl platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 39gl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. 39gl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 39gl, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; (c) any content obtained from the platform; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (e) any other matter relating to the platform. In no event shall 39gl's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to 39gl in the six months preceding the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

39gl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials. During any such force majeure event, 39gl's obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the event.

10. Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your account. If you fail to withdraw your balance within 30 days of account closure, 39gl reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for processing the final withdrawal. You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations to 39gl even after account termination.

10.2 Termination by 39gl

39gl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) providing false or misleading information; (c) engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity; (d) abuse of bonuses or promotions; (e) use of the platform in a manner that violates applicable laws; (f) failure to complete identity verification; (g) prolonged account inactivity; or (h) at 39gl's sole discretion if we determine that your continued access poses a risk to 39gl, other users, or the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform immediately ceases. 39gl reserves the right to confiscate any remaining account balance, bonuses, and winnings in cases of termination for cause.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason: all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate; you must cease all use of the platform; any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability; and 39gl may delete all information and content associated with your account without liability to you.
